Yes. You will be required to show your ID/passport as a proof. If you fail to do so, our partners might not redeem your deal and you will not be entitled to any refund. You will also need to bring your voucher as a proof of booking which will include details such as date of booking, service/activity description etc.
Yes, you can get a refund as long as you cancel your voucher before the cancellation deadline has expired. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
As long as you have not passed your cancellation deadline, you may cancel your booking without any further charge.
Please refer to our cancellation policy for any refund after the deadline. In case you are unable to redeem your voucher due to an emergency or the venue was unable to accommodate you, please contact our Customer service team for assistance or email us on email@example.com.
All expired vouchers are voided automatically and are not eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the validity of vouchers as the vouchers have a fixed validity upon purchasing. It is also non-transferrable.
However, if a voucher expires because of an error from our end, or from a particular merchant, we will be happy to investigate and compensate accordingly.
