Conditions

Location: Quatre-Bornes, Orchard Centre
Days Available: Monday – Sunday & Public Holidays from 10:00 – 18:00
Validity: Valid for 45 days as from date of purchase
Reservation: Must be made 48 Hours in advance by phone & is subject to availability
Treatment date and time is Subject to availability.
There is a minimum notice of 12 hours if you would like to change your time slot and booking date.
No Show: If the customer does not show up for a reservation, 100% Cancellation Fee will apply.
Please bring your ID card upon arrival.
Failure to present a proper ID will entitle the service provider to charge the current public rate.

Once Noudeal has received your payment. We will contact you shortly to confirm your booking date. Alternatively, you can contact or WhatsApp us on +230 5254 3457 with your:
a) Name
b) Desired date and voucher code (refer to your noudeal voucher on your email)

By booking and/or purchasing this service, you are aware and agree to the below terms and conditions*:

Cancellation 36 hours will be charged 50%
Cancellation 24 hours prior and No Show will be charged 75%
Cancellation made 12 hours prior the service will be charged 100% (subject to case to case basis)
Rates and offers are not eligible to changes and are not combinable
Additional fees may be charged in the event of No Show and/or amendments made by the client, 24 hours prior service (subject to case to case basis)
Mauritian ID or Resident permit must be presented when embarking. Failure to present proper ID entitles the service provider to charge current public rate
